Itinerary
DAY 1
Our representative will receive you at the Cochin International Airport and will escort you to the hotel. Feel at leisure in the evening when you relax yourself in this picturesque 'port city.' Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 2
Set out on guided sightseeing in Cochin. Your itinerary here will include places like Fort Cochin, still keeping alive its ancient Jewish tradition, the Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry Palace, St. Francis Church, and more. The Jew’s street and the Chinese fishing nets at Fort Cochin beach are must-sees. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 3
The next morning, drive down to Munnar (4 ½ hrs), on the way visiting Kodanadu Elephant Training Camp. On arrival, check into the hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at the hotel will be arranged.
DAY 4
In the morning, explore the picturesque hill station. Your sightseeing itinerary will include Anaimudi (2,695 m), South India’s highest peak, the Christ Church, the Evarikulam National Park, the Rajamala Hills, Top Station, and the Madupetty Dam. Travelers can also indulge in activities like boating and horseback riding here. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 5
After lunch proceed to Thekkady. Upon arrival you will be taken to Spice Village. In the evening simmer down and get refreshed enjoying a boat safari in the scenic Periyar Lake, occasionally winning the glance of some rare varieties of birds and animals at Periyar National Park. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 6
Enjoy a full-day guided plantation tour. Relax later in the evening. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
DAY 7
After a refreshing breakfast, leave for Kumarakom and set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats.
DAY 8
After a refreshing breakfast served onboard, check out from the houseboat and drive. COCHIN airport for your flight to GOA.
DAY 9
Upon your arrival at the Goa airport, your trip to Goa has started. Our tour representative assists you in a smooth transfer to the hotel for a pre-booked stay. The first day of your Goa trip will acquaint you with the rich Portuguese culture and heritage of this tiny Indian state.
DAY 10
The next day of your tour to Goa is dedicated to the exploration of North Goa beaches. The charm of Goa lies in its beautiful beaches lined on the seashore and attracts a huge crowd of Indian and international tourists.
DAY 11
On the next day of your GOA trip, you will head straight towards South GOA. Colva is a popular beach in South Goa. The beach is home to shacks, resort complexes, tourist cottages, discos, and eateries. Have some fun and laze around, as the day will mark the end of your Goa 3-day trip plan. You will be assisted in a smooth transfer to the Goa airport to board a flight/train for your onward journey.
