• 1. Flight Bookings: Cancellation of flight bookings may be subject to airline policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees as per the airline's terms.
• 2. Hotel Accommodations: Hotel cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Refunds, if permitted, will be processed after deducting any applicable fees.
• 3. Tour Packages: Cancellation of tour packages may result in partial or full forfeiture of the booking amount based on the tour operator's policies.
• 4. Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations will be processed through the original payment method within 5 working days.
• 5. Service Fees: Estuaries Holidays may charge service fees for processing cancellations and refunds as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

• 1. Any amendment / cancellation done up to 30 days Prior to the travel date will not attract any retention charges.
• 2. Any amendment / cancellation done in between 30 days to 15 days prior to the travel date will be charged 50% of total package value as retention charges.
• 3. Any amendment / cancellation done in less than 15 days of travel date will be charged 100% of total package value as retention charges
• 4. Cancellation / amendment is NOT allowed between 21st December till 31st December. (Both dates included)
